Welcome to Walsh Woodard LLC. We are a civil legal company representing individuals with respect to business negligence and long-term disability. History Walsh Woodard LLC carried the history of 1949 under the old company name Moukawsher is being followed. Joseph Mookasher, the founding partner of LLC, opened the company first. After graduating from Wesley Yan University during World War II and finishing his military service, Mukasser went to Harvard Law School and then started practicing law in Groton, Connecticut. Joseph Moukausher continued the practice of law for 56 years until his death in December 2006. In 1996, Walsh, who was a legal partner at Michael J. Another Hartford law firm, joined the company and named Moukawsher & Changed to. Walsh later opened a Hartford office, which is now in West Hartford, Connecticut and Groton. In 2001, Lincoln Woodard joined the company and became a partner in 2003. In 2012, the company moved its office from the downtown area of Hartford to the current location of West Hartford.
